Do you provide International delivery?
In order to keep delivery costs down locally and internationally we make use of Royal Mail's tracked and signed for service. The same service is used locally and internationally and they have thus far proved to be very reliable.
How do I return an item?
We do not accept cancellations of orders, however, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please get in contact to arrange a refund or replacement. In order to qualify for a refund please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send items back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in its original condition.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number upon completion of your order. You can track your item by clicking Royal Mail tracking link.
What are your delivery options?
If you require express service for your purchace, please email us on rissiecreations.co.uk prior to checkout. I will send you an independent quotation for shipping by courier.
